In early 2020, the hotel implemented Nonius’ TV and Cast solutions. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, Omni Cancun Hotel & Villas decided to implement Nonius’ mobile products to adapt its guest journey to the new challenges.

“Faced with the “New Normal” caused by COVID-19, we found ourselves in the need to find a Mobile Application that met the requirements that would help us deal with the upcoming challenges and thus be able to keep social distance.
