After a worldwide Internet Access Management RFP, Nonius was awarded as preferred vendor for all North, Central, South America & the Caribbean.
Nonius is pleased to announce it has achieved certification for Guest Internet Access, including wi-fi, networking, infrastructure, installation and support services and 24/7 guest call center which builds on and extends the existing partnership that began with AccorHotels back in 2013 in Brazil.
AccorHotels and Nonius have been working together to achieve great customer feedback and that work has been rewarded with an increasing hotel portfolio managed by Nonius. Currently, Nonius services more than 200 AccorHotels properties in South America.
For the last two years, Nonius has been building its operation and client base in North and Central America & the Caribbean, and this opportunity to supply AccorHotels in those regions is a relevant milestone in the growth strategy for global coverage.
AccorHotels has a strong presence in the Americas with an extensive hotel offer comprising luxury brands such as Sofitel, Pullman and MGallery as well global renowned brands such as Novotel, Mercure, Adagio and Ibis.
