As I look back on 2025, I am incredibly proud of the progress we have made in shaping a truly cloud-native hospitality ecosystem. This year, we delivered more than 500 new features and enhancements. Each one inspired by our clients and designed to remove operational friction, increase revenue opportunities, and elevate the guest journey from the moment they arrive to the moment they check out.

Below is a recap of our most impactful innovations from 2025, and the value they bring to both hotels and their guests:

TV & Streaming: Premium Entertainment, Zero Complexity

Guest Journey & Mobile: Smoother Arrivals and Higher Engagement

  • This year, we reimagined guest arrival. With Nonius Mobile Self Check-in, guests handle ID, signatures, and payments before reaching the hotel and go straight to their room with a secure mobile key, reducing queues and easing pressure on staff.
  • The new Check-in Kiosk offers instant key issuance for guests who prefer a quick self-service option, helping hotels manage peak times effortlessly.
  • Nonius Mobile also became a Progressive Web App, accessible instantly from the browser with no downloads. This boosts adoption and gives hotels a strong engagement channel, while guests enjoy a clean, branded experience with one tap.
  • We added targeted in-app messages so hotels can promote upgrades, F&B offers, and direct bookings at the right moment, always keeping relevance for guests.
  • And with our new GHA DISCOVERY integration, travellers can access points, status, and benefits directly in the app, strengthening loyalty for both the guest and the hotel.

Voice: Cloud-Native, Reliable Communication

We enhanced Nonius Voice Cloud PBX with a Staff Softphone featuring Single Sign-On. Staff log in instantly, improving security and efficiency, while hotels gain a robust communications system and guests enjoy faster, more reliable service.
