Enotel Hotels & Resorts has already amazed more than 24,000 people with its own Mobile App

The hotel group always invested in the latest technology to meet the needs of its guests and delight them with a high standard stay. Recently, in partnership with Nonius, a Mobile App was developed for its hotels to offer a digital and contactless journey.

With properties in Brazil and Portugal, Enotel Hotels & Resorts is known for its charming hotels and resorts located in idyllic destinations. In Pernambuco, Brazil, Enotel Porto de Galinhas is a reference in 5-star leisure accommodation. In Madeira Island, Portugal, Enotel Sunset Bay, Enotel Magnólia and Enotel Lido are the right choices for those who want to enjoy special stays in the region.

Since 2016, we have been honored to serve the hotels of the group with technologies that helped to form its Guest Journey. Enotel, which had already selected our Internet and TV solutions for its property in Brazil in 2020, also entrusted us with the mission of developing, in partnership, a Mobile App for the group to improve guest engagement.

Digital experience at the fingertips

The App was developed in iOS and Android versions and is replete with content and essential features for its guests. Through the App, customers can:

  • Perform Check-in online or at the hotel via QR Code;
  • Control the in-room TV directly on their smartphone;
  • Check-out services available in the hotels;
  • Consult the leisure program during the stay;
  • Check-out the restaurant menu, security and access rules;
  • Access exclusive hotels’ promotions and campaigns;
  • And much more.
Soon, guests of hotels in Portugal will also be able to enjoy the App, already used by more than 24,400 people in Brazil.

Guests who do not check-in online before arriving at the hotel can still choose to scan the QR code available at the reception and still perform the process digitally via their smartphone. Over 58% of guests have chosen this option in the past few months.

High-quality and high-speed Internet

In 2016, the Wi-Fi solution was implemented to provide quality Internet access to all different guest devices. They can stay connected in all areas of the hotels through a single login throughout their stay.

Enotel also has a centralized Wi-Fi management system, which is easy to use and allows them to track guest usage information in real time through the Nonius dashboard.

Interactive TV with great Resort content

In order to offer high-company content to their customers, the hotels implemented the Interactive TV solution. There, they present a wide variety of information, in a personalized menu with the group’s brand standard. In addition to being well informed, customers can enjoy a pleasant and intuitive experience on the in-room TV.

This year, the solution was updated with the implementation of a state-of-the-art set-box (STB 400), so that it was possible to maintain the existing TVs in the hotels and also to update the Wi-Fi coverage to the AC standard in all rooms, through the integrated access points.

The Internet, Interactive TV and App solutions implemented in the group are integrated with TOTVS CMNet PMS (properties in Brazil) and NewHotel PMS (properties in Portugal).
