Online Check-In

Faster, frictionless and paperless, the online check-in allows the collection of accurate guest data for marketing promotions and reviews. Guests can avoid queues and crowds at the reception. All the process is integrated with the Hotel’s PMS and CRM.

Mobile Room Key

After the check-in, a mobile key is available in the hotel app. The app can be used as an alternative to the usual room key, as the door can be opened by pressing a button and holding the device near the lock. This avoids touching traditional keys and locks and reduces the usage of plastic key cards.

Room Service Requests

By offering mobile ordering, guests can view all the restaurant menus available by category with descriptions and images, allowing them to place multiple orders and comment on any additional options they require. This will generate extra revenue and improve operations while eliminating the need for printed in-room menus!
