Placing orders was never this simple! Guests can access the Room Service menu by category (drinks, meals, snacks) with descriptions and images. Users can add items to the shopping cart, edit, review the total price and submit when ready. They can also view their order history details. 

Easily receive and manage orders

The web backoffice receives all orders automatically, allowing the team to manage orders and their statuses. The platform can also be used by staff to manage opening hours and how items are presented to guests. 

POS Integration to optimise processes

The integration between the F&B Ordering functionality and the POS ensures that orders are automatically launched in the system after the guest completes the request on the app. This guarantees that orders go directly to the kitchen and that the guest room is billed correctly. Besides that, it facilitates the update of items and prices on the Guest App since all the information is imported from the POS. 

Mobile ordering is also instrumental in helping hotels overcome labour shortages by freeing up front of house staff from order-taking roles, enabling them to attend to other pressing guest needs.

Restaurant App specially designed for table ordering

Our solution is also a great fit for table ordering. Restaurant clients can easily access the menu and place orders by scanning a QR code available on the table. The Restaurant Web App is customisable to each outlet and can support an unlimited number of tables and orders. It can also be integrated with POS and payment gateway and be fully managed by the backoffice.
