The Pontes Hotéis & Resorts chain, which always seeks to innovate and surprise its guests, now has a special novelty. Now, its customers have an app at their disposal to make the most of their stay and be able to interact with the hotel, maintaining physical distance!

Control of room billing by guests and Express Check-out

With My Bill, guests can control their billing at the hotel and thus have the guarantee of not being surprised by unplanned costs ​​at the end of their stay and being able to perform express check-out quickly and without contact. This functionality is made available through the integration of the account statement available in the App with the hotel’s PMS.

Mobile Key directly on guests’ smartphones

At the Atlante Plaza hotel, a mobile key will also be available on the hotel’s app, allowing guests to use their smartphones to access their rooms and dispense with the use of key cards. This functionality will be possible thanks to the integration with the Assa Abloy door lock system.

Automatic insertion of room service orders at the POS

Guests can consult the menu of all Room Service items on the App and place their order.

This feature sends room service orders made on the App automatically to the hotel’s POS (sales software). This also reduces possible errors in the customer’s billing and automates the room service registration process.

Room cleaning and maintenance requests

Governance and maintenance requests made in the app are integrated with the hotel’s Service Monitor software, allowing the hotel to automatically manage requests for cleaning, laundry, maintenance and other related services.

And even more… all information about the hotel and what to visit in the region

Through the application, guests can also consult information about the hotel’s services that they are staying in, events, special programs, etc. They can see recommendations of sights and restaurants to visit in the region, as well as access to useful information such as weather or departures and arrivals from airports in the region in real time.

In addition to these features, each hotel’s application is integrated with several of the chain’s systems:

  • Service Monitor (a tool used by the hotel to manage team tasks)
